Toma Leche – Bedtime Stories
Just how much sleep is enough sleep for a school-aged child? The CDC recommends that children ages 6-12 should get between 10-11 hours of sleep nightly to mitigate moodiness, anxiety, and poor memory caused by lack of sleep.
The goal was to create a bedtime experience for children, encouraging them to drink milk as the story progresses in order to get a good night’s rest.
My role in this project was take these bedtime stories and bring them to life with fun and creative illustrations.
